One-off, recurring and collector products
A one-off box should name a finite purchase with no later charge. A subscription continues under its billing rules; prepaid months do not automatically establish non-renewing gift status. A collector edition can be sold separately, through a waitlist or with delayed dispatch. Ask which of these you are actually buying.

Check the person before the surprise
Ask whether the recipient wants surprise titles, possible duplicate books, particular pairings, adult sexual content or accessories. Signature methods differ: hand-signed pages, printed signatures and bookplates are not interchangeable.
Treat candles, foods, scented products and sexual-wellness extras as deliberate choices requiring the recipient’s preferences. Do not assume every variant includes the extras pictured in a promotional box.
Before entering a subscription checkout
